  • 300 g Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 0.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 0.75 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 Onion (quartered)
  • 3 g Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)

Instructions

Prepare marinade and aromatics

Mix chicken, salt, vinegar, flour, pastes, and sauces in a bowl. Add peeled garlic, ginger, chilli, onion, and oil to The Upliance jar.
