Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 200 g Beetroot (cutpeeled)
  • 0.75 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 50 g Roasted Salted Peanuts (bef255c8-57d0-4271-bbc5-4c8ff7ce0aeb)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves
  • 30 g Water

Instructions

Add aromatics and beetroot to jar

Add Refined Oil, Green Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, Hing, Beetroot, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, and Amchur Powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now sauté and cook beetroot

Select sauté mode at 95°C for 90 seconds in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then, switch to classic mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will then cook the beetroot at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add water and curry leaves

Add water and curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue cooking at 95°C for an additional 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add peanuts and mix; the dish is ready

Add Roasted Salted Peanuts to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir for 5 minutes at 95°C using automatic stirring. The Beetroot and Peanut Subzi is ready to be served.
