Ingredients

  • 300 g Ivy Gourd (cut)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Grated Coconut
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (remove stem)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 10 g Coriander Leaves
  • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 25 ml Water

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Turmeric, Grated Coconut, Dried Red Chilli, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds using speed 13. The device will automatically stir.

Add Ivy Gourd and remaining ingredients

Add cut Ivy Gourd, Coriander Powder, Amchur Powder, Hing, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Close the lid. Set the device to 95°C for 25 minutes with speed 13, using automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

After 25 minutes, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to a lower temperature (20°C) for 10 seconds to finish. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve immediately.
