
Add 100g washed Moong Dal, 400ml water, 2 tbsp Ghee, 0.75 tsp Turmeric, 1 chopped green chili, and 10 washed curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now soak the dal for 7200 seconds outside of the device.
Select the CLASSIC heating mode at 20°C for 10 seconds, then switch to TAT mode at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then stir at speed 3 for 7 minutes with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140 degrees.
Add 2.5 tbsp of squeezed lemon juice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will automatically stir to incorporate the lemon juice.
The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish with coriander leaves (if desired) before serving from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
