Ingredients

  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 1 unit Green Chilli (remove)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 180 g Cauliflower (trim)
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (wash)
  • 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala (none)

Add ingredients to jar

Add the onion, green chili, garlic, cauliflower, peas, oil, turmeric, and Pav Bhaji Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically chop the aromatics (onion, green chili, and garlic) using the pre-programmed 'Cutting Aromatics' setting at 20°C for 10 seconds. Then, it will mince the cauliflower and peas at 20°C for 15 seconds with automatic scraping.

Repeat the above; Sautéing

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the mixture using the 'Sauteing Aromatics' setting at 95°C for 5 minutes with the lid off. Then, using the 'Sautéing Cauliflower and Peas' setting, the device will continue cooking at 85°C for 2 minutes with the lid on, ensuring the vegetables are cooked through and any excess water evaporates. Automatic stirring is enabled throughout.
