Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera (whole)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 2.5 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.75 tsp Onion (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (minced)
  • 45 g Roasted Fox Nuts
  • 120 ml Water
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Refined Oil, Jeera, Hing, and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook tomatoes and onions

Add Tomatoes, Turmeric, Amchur Powder, and Onion to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring and scraping. While tomatoes cook, spices can be measured.

Add Makhana and Water

Add Roasted Fox Nuts and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 1500 seconds with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

Add Coriander Leaves and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar and mix gently. The dish is ready. Serve hot.
