Ingredients

  • 50 g Medium Tapioca Pearls (washed and soaked)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 20 g Almonds (whole or split)
  • 20 g Cashews (whole or split)
  • 400 g TetraPak Milk
  • 80 ml Water
  • 12 tsp Sugar
  • 0.75 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Add nuts to jar

Add 1 tbsp ghee, 20g almonds, and 20g cashews to The Upliance jar. Ensure the 50g sabudana has been washed and soaked for 2 hours beforehand.

Temper the dry fruits

The device will now cook the dry fruits on medium heat for about 2 minutes. The Upliance uses automatic stirring to roast them evenly.

Add milk and cook

Add 400g milk, 80ml water, 12 tsp sugar, 0.75 tsp cardamom powder, and the soaked sabudana to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for 22 minutes with continuous stirring to ensure a creamy texture.

The Sabudana Payasa is ready. Serve the pudding hot or chilled in a bowl.
