Ingredients

  • 350 g Potato (diced)
  • 700 ml Water
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 0.5 piece Onion (halved)
  • 6 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Ajwain
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Boil the potatoes

Add diced potatoes and water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Once done, strain the potatoes and keep aside.

Chop and sauté aromatics

Add green chilli, onion, and ginger to the jar; the device will chop them instantly. Add oil, mustard seeds, salt, and ajwain. The Upliance will sauté on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Mix spices and potatoes

Add the boiled potatoes and remaining spices (turmeric, amchur, garam masala, kasoori methi, kashmiri mirch) to The Upliance jar. The device will mix everything gently on low heat for about 2 minutes.

The dish is ready

The aloo paratha stuffing is ready. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with minced coriander leaves, and let it cool completely before filling your parathas.
