Ingredients

  • 250 g Bhindi (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)

Prepare the Bhindi mix

Add sliced bhindi, rice flour, nigella seeds, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, oil, and lemon juice to a mixing bowl. Mix well to coat the bhindi evenly.

The device will now cook the Bhindi

Transfer the coated bhindi to the air fryer tray inside The Upliance. The device will cook on high heat for 6 minutes.

Shake and continue cooking

Shake the tray to ensure even browning. The Upliance will continue cooking on high heat for another 6 minutes until crispy.

The dish is ready

The Kurkuri Bhindi is now crispy and golden. Remove from The Upliance and serve hot.
