  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 30 g French Beans (wash)
  • 40 g Frozen Peas (05f36d09-a66f-44ca-abd5-9d909ad34f71)
  • 0.45 piece Cauliflower (cutwedges)
  • 30 g Carrot (trim)
  • 30 g Capsicum (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e)
  • 60 g Tomato
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 30 g Marinated Paneer

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Onion (cutFour), Ginger (peel), Garlic (peel), Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 110°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the paneer and vegetables

Add Paneer (cut), French Beans (wash), Frozen Peas (05f36d09-a66f-44ca-abd5-9d909ad34f71), Cauliflower (cutwedges), Carrot (trim), Capsicum (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e) and Tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add remaining spices and cook sabzi

Add Kashmiri Mirch, Ghee, Coriander Powder, Jeera Powder, Garam Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the sabzi at 95°C for 180 seconds with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Add Coriander Leaves (mince) and Marinated Paneer to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The dish is ready to serve.
