    • 50 g Toor Dal (washed)
    • 2 tbsp Ghee
    • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 Dried Red Chilli (halved)
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1 Onion (cut in two)
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • 1 Tomato (cut in two)
    • 30 g French Beans (trimmed)
    • 30 g Carrot (peeled)
    • 50 g Brinjal (cut)
    • 80 g Potato (diced)
    • 600 g Boiled Toor Dal
    • 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
    • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 1 stem Drumstick (cut)
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Bangalore-style Sambar has a tangy taste blended with spice and sweetness. It is a versatile dish and can be paired with Idli/Rice/Vada or Dosa

      Add spices and aromatics

      Add ghee, mustard seeds, dried red chilli, hing, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, onion, and green chilli to The Upliance jar.
