Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1.5 tbsp Ginger (removed)
  • 50 g Dried Red Chilli (ad58b251-d7eb-41ae-a6a7-76147e957a97)
  • 5 g Button Mushroom (peeled)
  • 40 g Carrot (peelncut)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 0.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (meas)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Corn Flour (powder)
  • 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil (measure)
  • 8 pieces Frozen Momos
  • 1 tsp Spring Onion

Instructions

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add Garlic, Ginger, Dried Red Chilli, and Button Mushroom to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil. The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté at 95°C for 30 seconds using automatic stirring.

The device will now cook vegetables

Add Carrot to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will now cook at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook soup

Add Water, Dark Soy Sauce, Salt, Corn Flour, and Frozen Momos to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will cook the soup at 95°C for 13 minutes with automatic stirring, then simmer at 20°C for 3 minutes.
