Add 1 tbsp Ghee, 1 Piece Green Chilli (chopped), 6 g Ginger (peeled and chopped), 20 g Roasted Peanuts, and 1 tsp Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with speed 1. The device will now sauté the aromatics.
Add 300 g boiled Yam to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance stir automatically at speed 14 for 2 minutes. The device will now cook the yams with spices.
Add 1 tbsp Refined Oil, 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed), 0.5 tsp Rock Salt, and 0.75 tsp Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance stir automatically at speed 14 for 150 seconds. The device will now cook the yams with remaining spices.
Remove the Suran Nu Shaak from The Upliance 2.0 jar and mix gently with a spatula before serving. Garnish as desired.
