Ingredients

  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Green Cardamom (remove)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (solid)
  • 2 Cloves (remove)
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 1 medium Onion (cutTwo)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 150 g Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 400 g Prawns (shelled)
  • 2 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 30 ml Water (none)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom, Turmeric, Cloves, Dried Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, and Methi Seeds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now roast the spices at 110°C for 8 minutes using automatic stirring.

The device will now prepare the spice paste

Transfer the roasted spices to a mixer grinder. The Upliance 2.0 will not perform this step. Blend the spices into a powder. Add Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Refined Oil, Prawns, Green Chilli, Black Pepper, Kashmiri Mirch, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring.

Cook the prawns

The Upliance 2.0 will now cook the prawns gently at 20°C for 10 minutes, followed by 15 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Garnish with Coriander Leaves. The Kadai Prawns is ready to serve. The Upliance 2.0 will not perform this step.
