    Ingredients

    • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (whole)
    • 2 units Clove (whole)
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (solid)
    • 2 units Dried Red Chilli (stem removed)
    • 2 units Green Cardamom (whole)
    • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (whole)
    • 0.5 tsp Methi Seeds (whole)
    • 1 unit Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 150 g Onion (cut in two)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 120 g Tomato (cut in two)
    • 400 g Prawns (shelled)
    • 30 ml Water
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Vegetarian and high protein version of the traditional Mughlai dish, best had with pav, naan or parathas

      Add spices to jar

      Add cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, dried red chillies, cardamom, coriander seeds, and methi seeds to The Upliance jar. The device will roast them on medium heat for 8 minutes. Remove and blend into a powder using a mixer grinder.

      The device will chop and sauté

      Add onions, garlic, green chilli, and oil to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables and then sauté on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Repeat cooking process with prawns

      Add tomatoes, prawns, water, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, salt, and the roasted spice powder. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 22 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.

      The dish is ready

      The Kadai Prawns are now ready. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with pav, naan, or parathas.
