Add cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, dried red chillies, cardamom, coriander seeds, and methi seeds to The Upliance jar. The device will roast them on medium heat for 8 minutes. Remove and blend into a powder using a mixer grinder.
Add onions, garlic, green chilli, and oil to The Upliance jar. The device will chop the vegetables and then sauté on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add tomatoes, prawns, water, turmeric, kashmiri mirch, salt, and the roasted spice powder. The device will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 22 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.
The Kadai Prawns are now ready. Garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve hot with pav, naan, or parathas.
