Add peeled potatoes and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select boil mode at 95°C for 25 minutes. The device will now automatically boil the potatoes.
Remove the boiled potatoes and add refined oil, garlic, ginger, and green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes. The device will now automatically sauté the aromatics.
Add red chilli sauce, sugar, black pepper, water, vinegar, and dark soy sauce to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 95°C for 6 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add the boiled potatoes and continue simmering.
The dish is ready. Garnish with finechopped spring onion green and white sesame seeds before serving.
