Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (washed)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 20 Raisins
  • 20 Cashews
  • 140 g Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Saffron
  • 10 g Coriander (chopped)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 140g washed Basmati rice, 400ml water, 1 tbsp ghee, 20 raisins, 20 cashews, 140g sugar, and 0.5 tsp saffron to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the 'Soak' function for 30 minutes.

The device will now cook the rice

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cook the rice using the pre-programmed 'Rice' setting at 95°C for approximately 20 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will maintain precise temperature and automatically stir the ingredients.

Sauté dry fruits and garnish

Once the rice is cooked, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to the sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds to sauté the dry fruits. Then, add 10g chopped coriander to the Upliance 2.0 jar.

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Rice Kesari Bhath from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve warm.
