Ingredients

  • 80 g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed and soaked overnight)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 4 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove stem)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut in two)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric (powder)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add soaked dal, water, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, green chili, onion, and oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "roast" mode at 95°C for 90 seconds. Then, select the "blend" function to create a fine powder.

Add remaining ingredients and cook the dal

Add turmeric, salt, and the remaining water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "simmer" mode at 95°C for 27 minutes with automatic stirring.
