Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1.25 tsp Green Chilli
  • 20 g Bay Leaf
  • 2 Onions (cutTwo)
  • 5 g Rice Flour
  • 30 ml Water
  • Garnish: 1 tsp Chilli flakes (dd9d0a23-bc43-4c07-a648-4555447aad28), 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeezed)

Instructions

Add marinated chicken to jar

Add the marinated chicken, mustard oil, and bay leaf to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now saute the chicken at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook onions

Add the chopped onions to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now saute the onions at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add slurry and cook the gravy

Add the rice flour slurry to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the gravy at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with chilli flakes and lemon juice. Enjoy the dish with rice or roti!
