    • 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 0.125 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
    • 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 large Onion, chopped
    • 5 cloves Garlic, peeled
    • 1 Green Chilli
    • 110 g Potato, cubed
    • 100 g Frozen Peas
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
    • 200 ml Water
    • Salt to taste

    An everyday tomato gravy with soft, crumbly aloo, steeped in turmeric, coriander, and kasoori methi

      Add tempering ingredients

      Add Ghee, Jeera, Mustard Seeds, and Hing to The Upliance jar.
