Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.125 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 110 g Potato, cubed
  • 100 g Frozen Peas
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 200 ml Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Add tempering ingredients

Add Ghee, Jeera, Mustard Seeds, and Hing to The Upliance jar.

Sauté spices

The device will now sauté the spices on medium heat for 1 minute to release their aroma.

Cook gravy and vegetables

Add onions, tomatoes, garlic, chilli, spices, and water. The Upliance will cook and blend the base, then add potatoes and peas to simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
