This coconut ginger carrot soup is an easy recipe, with great flavours of garlic and cumin. Pair with toasted bread

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 piece Onion (cutTwo), 1 piece Garlic (remove), 3 g Ginger (peel), and 7 stems Green Chilli (rootCut) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with the lid off.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics for 3 minutes at 95°C using the TAT heating mode and a speed of 14. Automatic stirring is enabled.
Add 30 g Carrot (peelncut), 30 g Capsicum (cutTwo), 15 g Cabbage (wash), 0.25 piece French Beans (cutFour), 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce, 0.25 tsp Salt, 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder), 1.5 tsp Corn Flour (meas), and 550 ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the soup at 95°C for a total of 10 minutes using automatic stirring and PID control.
Once cooked, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Crush 0.5 packets Wai Wai Noodles (none) and garnish with 1 stems Coriander Leaves (finechopped). Serve immediately.
