Add the soaked and drained rice to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the rice with the spices on low heat for 2 minutes with gentle automatic stirring.
Add water, salt, frozen peas, and sweet corn to The Upliance jar. The device will simmer the pulao on low heat for approximately 22 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Open The Upliance jar and garnish with minced coriander leaves. Serve the Jain Pulao hot.
