Ingredients

  • 300 g Bhindi (cut into small pieces)
  • 2.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Ajwain
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.75 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder

Add tempering ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Ajwain, and Hing to The Upliance jar. Ensure the bhindi is cut into small pieces beforehand.

Add Bhindi and spices to cook

Add the cut Bhindi, Salt, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, Jeera Powder, and Amchur Powder to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 45 minutes with automatic intermittent stirring.
