Add 2 pieces Green Chilli (cut), 10 stems Green Onion (cut), 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 1 medium Onion (removed) and 2 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 10 minutes. The device will now cut the aromatics using the automatic chopping function.
Add 500 g Chicken (curry cut, washed), 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tsp Chilli Flakes, 2 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 tbsp Kashmiri Mirch and 2 tbsp Peanut Butter to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to cook at 95°C for 600 seconds using automatic stirring. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust temperature and stirring for optimal cooking.
No further ingredients to add. The Upliance 2.0 will continue cooking for an additional 720 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring.
Once cooking is complete, garnish with 0.25 tsp Coriander Leaves (minced) in a separate bowl. The Chicken Curry is ready to serve. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to keep warm mode.
