Vegetable pulao is a dish made with rice and a mixture of vegetables. The vegetables are cooked with rice, along with a variety of spices, such as cumin, coriander, and chilies, which gives the dish its distinctive flavor. Pair with Raita/ Plain Curd
Add 1 tbsp Ghee and 2 tbsp Refined Oil to The Upliance jar. Add 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 2 Green Cardamom, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Dried Red Chilli (stem removed), 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (solid), and 2 Cloves. The Upliance will sauté these on medium heat for 30 seconds with automatic stirring. Next, add 15 stems Mint Leaves (root cut), 30 leaves Coriander Leaves (cleaned), and 10 cloves Garlic (peeled). The device will continue to process these aromatics on low heat for 10 seconds.
Add 40 g Carrot (sliced), 30 g Frozen Peas (washed), 0.5 piece Capsicum (cut into four), 80 g Potato (diced), 30 g Curd, and 1.5 tsp Salt (measured) to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will now automatically sauté these vegetables on medium heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring they are perfectly cooked and flavorful.
Strain the pre-soaked 140 g Basmati Rice and add only the rice to The Upliance jar, along with 400 g Water. The Upliance will cook the rice on medium heat for approximately 17 minutes, with gentle automatic stirring. While the rice cooks, add 130 g Onion (hand chopped), 20 Raisins, and 20 Cashews to The Upliance jar. The device will gently combine these additions during the final phase of rice cooking for a harmonious blend of flavors.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance will signal that the Shaadi Wala Pulao is ready. Transfer the pulao to a serving dish and garnish with 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced). Serve warm with Raita or Plain Curd.
