Ingredients

  • 350 g Chicken (cut into pieces)
  • 30 g Curd (whisked)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasoori Methi
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 3 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Chaat Masala

Instructions

Marinate the chicken

Mix chicken, curd, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, oil, and all spices in a bowl. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes to absorb flavors.

Preheat the Upliance Air Fryer on high heat. Place the marinated chicken in the basket. The device will cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

Flip and finish cooking

Flip the chicken pieces to ensure even browning. The device will continue to cook on high heat for another 7 minutes.

Once the chicken is charred and cooked through, remove from the basket. Garnish with chaat masala and serve hot.
