How Chicken Tikka cooks on upliance: your phone sends it, the air fryer's dial cooks it

Cube. Coat. Wait.
Spices and oil, then half an hour.
What goes in, and why
Cut 350 g boneless chicken thighs into big bite-size cubes: thigh stays juicy where breast dries out. In a bowl, toss them with 1½ tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric and 1 tsp garam masala (optional) until every piece is coated, then leave it for 30 minutes to marinate. That half hour counts in the total, not in your time. Spread the pieces in the basket (or on a silicone liner) in one layer, not touching, so hot air reaches every side, and push the basket in.

Send it. Tap start.
Turn for juicier or crispier. Tap start.
Your phone sends the recipe to the upliance cloud, and the cloud sends it to the air fryer's dial.
What actually travels
Tap "Open on upliance" in the app. The recipe goes from your phone to the upliance cloud and on to the air fryer over the internet, not Bluetooth, so your phone doesn't need to be next to it. You never type a number. The dial wakes up with the dish's name, a texture the app has picked for it and a Start button: turn the dial to make it juicier or crispier if you like, then tap Start on the air fryer itself. Nothing cooks until you do, and you tap Start only once: the dial counts down the whole cook, and the app shows the same countdown, with pause and stop.

7MIN FREEpocket the phoneThe flip, and the rest
Five minutes of hard, fast air roasts the outside and sets the marinade. Then the dial beeps for the flip: pull the basket out, turn every piece over so the pale side faces up, and push it back in. It carries on by itself, on the same countdown. The last seven minutes brown the other side and char the edges, and they're yours. Your phone stays quiet the whole time; the dial is the one to listen for.
You, 1 minBeep. Done. Garnish.
Eat it hot, off the plate.
After the beep
The dial plays its done beep and your phone comes back with one question: love it? Lift the tikka onto a plate, scatter over some coriander and eat it hot, with green chutney and onion rings if you have them. If it's not quite right, pick Fix My Dish on the dial and the app takes it from there.
