Ingredients

  • 10 g Ginger (cleaned)
  • 10 g Carrot (rootCut)
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 g Green Chilli (peeled)
  • 1 Bay Leaf (remove)
  • 25 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 70 g Marinated Vegetables (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e)
  • 70 g Frozen Peas (c2024367-df71-447f-a72e-622bb81010af)
  • 50 g French Beans (wash)
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Veg Biryani Masala
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.75 tsp Blended Paste
  • 40 g Mint Leaves
  • 140 g Sona Masoori Rice (wash)
  • 400 g Water

Instructions

Add aromatics and spices to jar

Add Onion, Ginger, Carrot, Garlic, Green Chilli, Bay leaf, Jeera, Fennel Seeds, and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will now sauté the ingredients.

The device will now cook the base

Add Water, Marinated Vegetables, Frozen Peas, French Beans, Curd, Coriander Powder, Veg Biryani Masala, Kashmiri Mirch, and Blended Paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the classic mode at 20°C for 5 seconds, then TAT mode at 95°C for 420 seconds with speed 0. The device will cook the vegetables and spices.

Add rice and simmer

Add Sona Masoori Rice and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select classic mode at 20°C for 3 seconds, then TAT mode at 95°C for 1200 seconds with speed 0. The device will now cook the rice and vegetables together.

The dish is ready

Remove the Vegetable Donne Biryani from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Garnish with Mint Leaves and serve.
