Ingredients

  • 500 g Brinjal (cut)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Ginger (remove)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 2 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice (squeeze)

Instructions

Add ingredients to the jar

Add Refined Oil, Jeera, chopped Onion, peeled Garlic, and Ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes.

Cook ingredients

The device will now cook the ingredients at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. Then add Tomato, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Mirch, and Garam Masala.

Add Brinjal

Add the roasted and peeled Brinjal to the jar. The device will now simmer the mixture at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

The Baingan Bharta is ready. Garnish with Ghee, Coriander Leaves and Lemon Juice, and serve hot.
