Add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop the vegetables. Add oil and jeera to the jar.
The device will sauté the onion mixture on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring. Once translucent, add turmeric, chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking briefly on medium heat to release aromas.
Add tomatoes and salt, allowing the device to cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the roasted brinjal flesh. The Upliance will simmer the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring continuously to blend the flavors.
The dish is ready. Add ghee, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice. The device performs a final mix. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
