Add Ghee, Onion, Green Chilli, Green Cardamom, Garlic, Turmeric, Cinnamon Stick, Ginger Garlic Paste, and Jeera to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 90 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics and spices.
Add Paneer, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, and Veg Biryani Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the Paneer with the spices at 120°C for 6 minutes.
Add Basmati Rice and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the temperature to 120°C. The device will now cook the rice for 30 minutes, then simmer for 13 minutes with automatic stirring.
