This Paneer biryani is mildly spiced, delicately flavored, and a non-traditional biryani recipe. Perfect to make for lunch any day of the week, but more so on the holidays and weekends. Pair with Curd/Raita
Add ghee, whole spices (cardamom, cinnamon, jeera), green chilli, and peeled garlic to The Upliance jar. Ensure the blade is inserted.
The device will chop the aromatics automatically. Then, add the marinated paneer, mint leaves, and ginger garlic paste. The device will sauté the base on medium heat for approximately 6 minutes with automatic stirring.
Add the soaked rice and water to the jar. The device will switch to Rice Cooker mode, simmering on low heat for 32 minutes to ensure perfectly fluffy grains without burning.
Once the cooking cycle ends, open The Upliance jar. Garnish the biryani with the fried onions (barista) and fresh coriander before serving hot.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
No more standing over the stove. Upliance stirs your dish perfectly.
Holds the exact heat needed for perfect cooking without scorching.
From kitchen rookies to seasoned chefs, everyone is leveling up their cooking game.
