Ingredients

  • 70 g Toor Dal (washed)
  • 420 g Water
  • 2 piece Turmeric (cutTwo)
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (remove)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (wash)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 3 g Ginger (peel)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 0.5 tbsp Tomato
  • 50 g Spinach (wash)
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)
  • Boiled Toor Dal

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to the jar

Add Ghee, Mustard Seeds, Dried Red Chilli, Hing, Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with a speed of 14. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the ingredients.

Repeat the above with aromatics and spinach

Add Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with a speed of 1. Then add Tomato, Spinach, Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Tamarind Paste and let Upliance 2.0 simmer with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Add boiled Toor Dal to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select cooking mode at 95°C for 8 minutes with a speed of 13. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve.
