Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 5 g Dried Red Chilli (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (cutTwo)
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 200 g Bottle Gourd (thinly sliced)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.75 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 tbsp Sambar Powder
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Mustard Seeds, Dried Red Chilli, Onion, and Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.

The device will now cook the onions

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the onions at 95°C for 180 seconds (3 minutes) using automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Bottle Gourd, Turmeric, Tamarind Paste, Sambar Powder, Water, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the Bottle Gourd at 95°C for 300 seconds (5 minutes) then switch to RICECOOKER mode at 100°C for 900 seconds (15 minutes) with automatic stirring.
