Daliya Dal Khichdi is a complete meal in itself. Made with rice and lentils, khichdi is healthy, wholesome and a comfort food. This recipe is also gluten-free. It can be made vegan by replacing the ghee with oil.

Add soaked Daliya, water, green cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, sugar, and milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select the "Cook Daliya" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 180 seconds, then at 95°C for 720 seconds with high speed stirring (speed 13), and finally at 90°C for 300 seconds with speed 14. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically adjust temperature using PID control to maintain the set temperature.
This step is not required for this recipe. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically complete the cooking process based on the selected preset.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Sweet Daliya from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve.
