Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 250 g Chicken - Curry Cut (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil (for vegetables)
  • 8 stems Celery (leaves removed)
  • 50 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 50 g Potato (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (quartered)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 140 g Beetroot (peeled and cut)
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1.75 tsp Salt (divided)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme
  • 300 ml Water
  • 4 pieces Pav
  • 30 g Butter
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 g Dill (divided)

Instructions

Add chicken to jar

Add 1.5 tbsp oil and washed chicken to The Upliance jar. The device prepares for the sautéing process.

The device will now cook the chicken

The device will sauté the chicken on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Once done, remove the chicken and set aside without rinsing the jar.

Repeat the above for vegetables and soup

Add celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic to The Upliance jar. The device will chop them and sauté on low heat for 8 minutes. Add back the chicken, beetroot, tomato, spices, and water. The device will cook everything on low heat for 27 minutes.

The dish is ready

While the soup simmers, toss the Pav in butter and garlic dip in a pan. Garnish the finished Borscht with dill, lemon juice, and honey. Serve hot.
