Add the onion, garlic, paneer, oregano, olive oil, chili flakes, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add salt to taste.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cut the aromatics. Select the "Cutting Aromatics" preset. The device will sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the paneer. Select the "Sautéing Paneer" preset. The device will sauté at 90°C for 5 minutes, followed by 5 minutes at 20°C. Stirring will be automatic.
