Ingredients

  • 30g Onion (cutTwo)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 200g Paneer (2509d8ae-01b7-40c4-b45c-afd7fc6420b3)
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning
  • 0.5 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 0.25 tsp Chilli Flakes (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (measure)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add the onion, garlic, paneer, oregano, olive oil, chili flakes, and black pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add salt to taste.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically cut the aromatics. Select the "Cutting Aromatics" preset. The device will sauté at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above; sauté paneer

The Upliance 2.0 will now sauté the paneer. Select the "Sautéing Paneer" preset. The device will sauté at 90°C for 5 minutes, followed by 5 minutes at 20°C. Stirring will be automatic.

The dish is ready

The High Protein Paneer mixture is ready in The Upliance 2.0 jar. Serve with toasted bread as per outside instructions.
