Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Fennel Seeds (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves (remove stems, wash)
  • 300 g Red Pumpkin (cubed)
  • 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Rock Salt (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
  • 20 ml Water (none)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Ghee, Fennel Seeds, Jeera, Curry Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds. The device will now temper the spices.

The device will now sauté and cook the pumpkin

Add cubed Red Pumpkin, Amchur Powder, Rock Salt, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the pumpkin at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring (stir duty 6, stir angle 140). Then, add water and continue cooking for 10 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above; Final Cooking

The device will now simmer the pumpkin for 10 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring. Finally, let the device stir at low speed (speed 1) for 5 minutes at 20°C.

The dish is ready
