Ingredients

  • 50 ml Refined Oil (None)
  • 50 g Aromatic Paste (Blended)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (Peeled)
  • 3 pieces Green Chilli (Cut in two)
  • 14 stems Mint Leaves (Root Cut)
  • 40 leaves Coriander Leaves (Cleaned)
  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (Removed)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (None)
  • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala (None)
  • 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi (None)
  • 200 g Paneer (Cut)
  • 70 g Curd (None)
  • 1 tsp Salt (None)

Instructions

Add base ingredients to jar

Add 50ml Refined Oil, 50g Aromatic Paste, 10 cloves Garlic, 3 pieces Green Chilli, 14 stems Mint Leaves, 40 leaves Coriander Leaves, 1 piece Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 120°C for 90 seconds using automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the paste

Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 0.75 tsp Garam Masala, 0.25 tsp Kasoori Methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 4 minutes and then at 90°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add 200g Paneer, 70g Curd, and 1 tsp Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 90°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring the paneer is cooked through in a creamy gravy.

The Hyderabadi Paneer is ready. Serve hot with Naan or Rice.
