Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Ginger (removed)
  • 3 g Green Chilli (peeled)
  • 0.5 piece Capsicum (cutFour)
  • 300 g Chicken Boneless (washed)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp Chilli Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 piece Onion (cutFour)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 stems Spring Onion Green (finechopped)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add Garlic, Ginger, and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut at speed 12 for 10 seconds.

The device will now cook chicken

Add Chicken Boneless, Black Pepper, Salt, Tomato Ketchup, Dark Soy Sauce, Chilli Vinegar, and Corn Flour to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Add Refined Oil, Onion and Capsicum to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 3 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish the Chilli Chicken with Spring Onion Green. Serve hot and enjoy.
