Ingredients

  • 100 g Pineapple (cubed)
  • 100 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 50 g Curd
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Jaggery Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 180 ml Water

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add pineapple, water, coconut oil, green chilli, and the blended paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 60 seconds.

The device will now sauté and simmer

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the ingredients at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and mix

Add mustard seeds, turmeric, jaggery powder, jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, curry leaves, and dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue to stir automatically at 95°C for an additional 10 minutes.

The dish is ready

Add curd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently at 20°C for 10 seconds. The Kerala Style Pineapple Pachadi is ready to serve.
