Ingredients

  • 200 g potato, boiled and cubed
  • 130 g tomato, chopped
  • 7 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4 stem green chilli, root cut
  • 1 piece ginger, remove skin
  • 50 ml ghee
  • 2 tbsp jeera
  • 0.5 tsp hing
  • 0.25 tsp kashmiri mirch
  • 0.75 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, for garnish
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 280 ml water
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi

Prepare Ingredients

Add chopped tomatoes, peeled garlic, root cut green chilli, ginger (remove skin), ghee, jeera, hing, kashmiri mirch, turmeric, and kasoori methi to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Add boiled and cubed potatoes, water, turmeric and coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at medium heat for 13 minutes with automatic stirring, ensuring uniform cooking.
