Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boiled Egg (boiled)
  • 80 g Onion (chopped)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (or 0.25 tsp regular chili powder)
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 3 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add chopped onions, minced garlic, curry leaves, turmeric powder, Kashmiri Mirch, jeera, and refined oil to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set temperature to 120°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring until onions soften. The device will automatically stir.

Add eggs and cook

Add the boiled, halved eggs to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set the device to 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. The device will automatically stir.

The dish is ready

Garnish with minced coriander leaves. Remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve hot.
