Ingredients

  • 220 g coconut (shredded)
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 18 tsp jaggery powder
  • 1.5 tsp green cardamom powder

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 18 tsp jaggery powder and 1.5 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the mixture at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

The dish is ready

Remove the mixture from The Upliance 2.0 jar and let it cool. Once cooled, shape into ladoos. Refrigerate for up to a week. The Coconut Ladoo is ready to serve.
