Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 4 stems Green Chilli (rootCut)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 7 cloves Garlic (peel)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 2 packets Maggi Tastemaker
  • 0.25 tsp Coriander Leaves
  • 140 g Instant Noodles
  • 450 ml Water

Add aromatics and oil to jar

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 4 stems Green Chilli (rootCut), 1 piece Onion (cutTwo), and 7 cloves Garlic (peel) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the aromatics.

The device will now cook tomatoes and masala

Add 1 piece Tomato (cutTwo), 2 packets Maggi Tastemaker, and 0.25 tsp Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 180 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the tomatoes and masala.

Add noodles and water to jar

Add 140 g Instant Noodles and 450 ml Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 300 seconds with automatic stirring. The device will now cook the Maggi.

The Soupy Maggi is ready. Garnish and serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
