Add marinated plant protein, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, Garam Masala, and Veg Biryani Masala to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically cook the plant protein at 95°C for 12 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, it will pause for 5 minutes before continuing to cook for another 12 minutes.
Add soaked Basmati rice and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add Jeera, and remaining ingredients. Select the steam mode at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. Add silver foil to the top.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. Let the rice sit for 5 mins after plating for it to fluff out. Garnish with caramelized onions (prepared separately).
