Ingredients

  • 15 g Almonds
  • 1 tsp Pistachio
  • 45 ml Thandai Syrup (approx.)
  • 15 g Cashews
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 240 g TetraPak Milk

Add ingredients to jar

Add Almonds, Pistachio, Thandai Syrup, Cashews, Sugar, and TetraPak Milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now blend

Close the lid. Select blend mode on The Upliance 2.0. Set speed to 12 and blend for 10 seconds. Then, increase the blending time to 20 seconds.

Final Blend

The Upliance 2.0 will now perform a final blend with automatic stirring at speed 12 for 10 seconds at 20°C. The stir duty will be 6 and the stir angle 140 degrees.

The dish is ready

Refrigerate the Thandai in The Upliance 2.0 jar for half an hour. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
