Ingredients

  • 500 g Mutton (Curry Cut)
  • 300 ml Water
  • 4 medium Onions (quartered)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 set Whole Spices (Bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom)
  • 5 tsp Mixed Spices (Turmeric, Kashmiri Mirch, Coriander, Garam Masala)
  • 5 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Prepare the aromatics

Pressure cook mutton with whole spices externally. Meanwhile, add quartered onions, garlic, ginger, green chilli, and sugar to The Upliance jar.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device chops the vegetables automatically. Add ghee to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the paste on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add spices and simmer

Add powdered spices and sauté on medium heat for 30 seconds. Add the boiled mutton along with its stock. The device will cook the curry on low heat for 40 minutes.

The dish is ready

The Mutton Curry is ready. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and a spoonful of ghee. Serve hot with Roti or Rice.
