    Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 80 ml Water
    • 250 g French Beans (chopped)
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (chopped)

    Instructions

    It’s a simple side dish, made without tomato and onions, and can be made quickly without much effort. This green bean recipe can be made in 30 minutes. Pair with roti/rice

      Temper the spices

      Add refined oil, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds.

      Cook the beans

      Add chopped french beans, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric, and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 26 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Finish the texture

      The device will continue to cook on low heat for another 5 minutes to evaporate excess moisture and ensure the beans are perfectly tender.
