Add 2 tbsp refined oil, 0.5 tsp jeera, and 0.25 tsp hing to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode at medium heat for 30 seconds to temper the spices, with automatic stirring.
Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp garam masala, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp turmeric, 80 ml water, and 250 g chopped french beans to The Upliance jar. The device will now cook the beans at low heat for approximately 26 minutes, with continuous automatic stirring.
The Upliance will repeat the above cooking process at low heat for 5 minutes to evaporate any excess water and ensure the beans are perfectly cooked and coated in spices, with automatic stirring.
The Beans Subzi is ready. Transfer the subzi to a serving bowl. Garnish with 4 stems of chopped coriander leaves. Optionally, add grated coconut and mix well with a spatula.
