Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 80 ml Water
  • 250 g French Beans (chopped)
  • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

1

Temper the spices

Add refined oil, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds.

2

Cook the beans

Add chopped french beans, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric, and water to the jar. The Upliance will cook the mixture on low heat for approximately 26 minutes with automatic stirring.

3

Finish the texture

The device will continue to cook on low heat for another 5 minutes to evaporate excess moisture and ensure the beans are perfectly tender.

4

Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready. Transfer the Beans Subzi from the jar to a bowl, garnish with chopped coriander leaves (and optional grated coconut), and serve hot.
