Add peeled garlic and green chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then add 2.5 tbsp of pomace olive oil to the jar.
The device will now sauté the aromatics at 95°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring. Once complete, add cut tomatoes, basil leaves, dried basil, and tomato ketchup to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the tomatoes at speed 12 for 10 seconds.
The device will now cook the tomatoes at 95°C for 600 seconds with automatic stirring. Add vodka, oregano seasoning, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, sugar, cream and butter to the Upliance 2.0 jar. Add Fusilli and Penne Pasta and water to the Upliance 2.0 jar and cook at 95°C for 780 seconds at speed 14, then reduce the speed to 14 for another 300 seconds. Finally, cook at 95°C for 180 seconds at speed 0. The device will stir automatically.
The dish is ready. Garnish with black olives and cheese cube. Remove pasta from the jar and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the pasta to absorb the flavors.
