Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 20 g Cashews
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 60 g Roasted Vermicelli
  • 500 g Water
  • 200 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 14 tsp Sugar (or Sugarfree Stevia)
  • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Instructions

Sauté the nuts

Add 1 tbsp Ghee, 20 g Cashews, and 20 g Almonds to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the nuts on medium heat for 1.5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Roast the vermicelli

Add 60 g Roasted Vermicelli to the jar. The device will now roast the mixture on medium heat for 3 minutes to enhance the flavor.

Cook the Payasa

Add 500 g Water, 200 ml Milk, Sugar, and Cardamom Powder. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for 16 minutes with continuous stirring until creamy.

The dish is ready

The vermicelli payasa is ready. Garnish with a few reserved nuts and serve warm or chilled.
