    Ingredients

    • 2 piece Dried Red Chilli (remove)
    • 10 stem Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
    • 2 piece Tomato (cutTwo)
    • 200 g Tofu (cut in cubes)
    • 80 ml Water
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder
    • 4 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)

    Instructions

    This dish is a great way to introduce tofu into your diet. Makes for a great gravy. Pair with Rice/Chapati

      Prepare Aromatics and Tomatoes

      Add 2 Dried Red Chillies (removed stems), 10 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut), and 2 Tomatoes (cut into two) to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these ingredients at a low speed for 10 seconds.

      Sauté Aromatics and Cook Gravy Base

      Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil and 0.25 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté these aromatics on low heat for 30 seconds. Then, add 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 0.75 tsp Salt, and 0.25 tsp Amchur Powder. The Upliance will automatically cook the gravy base on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping, followed by a quick blend.

      Simmer Tofu Masala

      Add 200 g Tofu (cut in cubes) and 80 ml Water to The Upliance jar. The device will now cook the tofu masala on low heat for 10 minutes, followed by simmering on low heat for another 5 minutes with continuous automatic stirring.

      The dish is ready

      The Jain Tofu Masala is ready. Garnish with 4 stems minced Coriander Leaves and serve hot with rice or chapati.
