Ingredients

  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper (deseeded)
  • 1 piece English Cucumber (deseeded)
  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 1 clove Garlic (peeled)
  • 2 stems Celery (cleaned)
  • 5 leaves Basil (washed)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 4 pieces Tomato (halved)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil (pourable)
  • 0.5 piece Cucumber, Onion, Tomato (hand chopped for garnish)

Instructions

Add vegetable base

Add the prepared red bell pepper, English cucumber, onion, and garlic clove to The Upliance jar.

Chop the vegetables

The device will now cut the vegetables. It will process at low heat for 20 seconds to break down the firm ingredients.

Add remaining ingredients and blend

Add tomatoes, celery, basil, green chilli, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the jar. The device will blend the soup at low heat for 30 seconds, automatically increasing speed for a smooth texture.

Chill and serve

The dish is ready. Transfer the soup to a bowl and refrigerate. Garnish with hand-chopped vegetables before serving.
